Once a client reaches out—whether through a phone call, email, or our website—we promptly schedule an on-site consultation. During this visit, we:

• Walk through the project area
• Discuss the client’s goals and expectations
• Gather all necessary details to provide an accurate estimate
   

Once the bid is approved, we coordinate scheduling with our crew, typically starting work within two to three weeks. At this stage, we also handle material coordination and pre-job planning to ensure a seamless start.

2. Project Execution & Quality Assurance

Before work begins, we conduct a pre-construction walkthrough to verify all details and ensure the client is comfortable with the process. Throughout the project, our project managers:

• Maintain open communication with the client
• Regularly check in to oversee progress
• Address any concerns from the client or crew
• Ensure materials are available as needed

Once the work is completed, we perform a final walkthrough to confirm that all tasks have been completed to the client’s satisfaction. If any final adjustments are needed, we create a punch list to ensure every detail is addressed before the project is officially closed out.

3. Follow-Up & Customer Satisfaction

Our commitment to our clients doesn’t end when the project is finished. We:

• Follow up within a month to ensure everything is holding up as expected
• Address any remaining concerns
